Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Taiwan) Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier services beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Taxes & Duties

Taiwan Orders Prices are listed in TWD and include any applicable taxes.

International Orders: Prices do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot predict or cover these costs.
