All shipments are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local postal conditions.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order. If the return window falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be extended to the next business day. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

A flat return shipping fee of $15 USD will be deducted from your refund. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs in full.

If a package is refused at customs or returned to us due to failed delivery, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any customs charges incurred. Refunds for customs-refused packages require official documentation from the relevant customs authority. Once the package is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product cost only — original shipping fees are non-refundable. Re-shipping may be arranged at the customer's expense. Bazarnik is not responsible for packages delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities.

Orders may be cancelled at any time before the item has been fulfilled and shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bazarnik.co with your order number and reason for return.

Can clearance items be returned?

Certain items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or cancellation. This will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.

Will I be charged import taxes or VAT?

All shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Additional charges may be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
