Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local postal conditions.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order. If the return window falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be extended to the next business day. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

A flat return shipping fee of $15 USD will be deducted from your refund. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs in full.

Orders may be cancelled at any time before the item has been fulfilled and shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Can clearance items be returned?

Certain items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or cancellation. This will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.

Please note: If you are located in the European Union, your statutory right of withdrawal applies regardless of sale status. All other items are covered by our standard 14-day return policy.

Will I be charged import taxes or VAT?

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our leather straps are handmade by artisans in China with over 20 years of experience, and some featuring hand-stitched detailing. Using leathers sourced exclusively from renowned tanneries in Europe and the United States.

Our FKM rubber straps are crafted by one of China's most reputable manufacturers.

Every piece is shipped to Taiwan for quality inspection before being dispatched to you.
