All international orders are shipped via Chunghwa Post EMS and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Please note: We currently do not ship to North America or Europe. Due to high import duties and taxes in these regions, we are unable to offer a fair and transparent pricing experience at this time. We are working toward expanding our shipping coverage in the future.

Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local postal conditions.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order. If the return window falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be extended to the next business day. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

A flat return shipping fee of $15 USD will be deducted from your refund. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs in full.

Orders may be cancelled at any time before the item has been fulfilled and shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Our leather straps are handmade by artisans in China with over 20 years of experience, and some featuring hand-stitched detailing. Using leathers sourced exclusively from renowned tanneries in Europe and the United States.

Our FKM rubber straps are crafted by one of China's most reputable manufacturers.

Every piece is shipped to Taiwan for quality inspection before being dispatched to you.
