Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Taiwan): Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Free Shipping: Orders over USD 120 qualify for free standard shipping worldwide.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
