Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order. If the return window falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be extended to the next business day. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
Return Shipping
A flat return shipping fee of $15 USD will be deducted from your refund. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs in full.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or cancellation. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time before the item has been fulfilled and shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
Bazarnik offers a 2-year warranty on all watch straps against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.
What is covered:
- Stitching defects or thread separation
- Hardware failures (buckles, keepers, spring bars)
- Premature cracking or delamination of leather or FKM rubber under normal use
What is not covered:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, patina)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Damage from exposure to chemicals, extreme heat, or prolonged submersion
How to claim: Contact us at hello@bazarnik.co with your order number and photos of the defect. We will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
